Little Girl
Little girl in a white dress looking for her mother.
Little girl with bear in hand looks like any other.
Who is this girl? Do I hear you ask?
She's a daughter of a hypocrite, who lives behind a mask.
Her family lives all high and mighty. She's the one left behind.
They leave her alone to face the world - to see what she may find.
They don't give her help when trials come up.
They just sit there and daintily sip from a fancy teacup.
They don't know what it's like to truly live.
Only she knows how if feels to freely give.
They just sit there in their safety. They sit there and scorn
All the trials she goes through from morn to morn.
When will they realize she is on the right path?
And that all they will get is an eternal fiery bath?
Be careful what you do and say - when it comes to your heart,
Heed all God's warnings and from Him you shall never depart.
